In the last 4 weeks, over 1.3 million males aged 25-54 bought product from Chemist Warehouse & My Chemist, the highest percentage out of any Chemist/Pharmacy group. So how do we talk to this audience? Given that 84% of Men 25-54 watch sport on TV almost always or occasionally with 41% of them attending a professional sporting match in the last 12 months – the answer lies in sport.
This led Quattro & Chemist Warehouse to develop a strategy to own AFL properties via sponsorship, stadium signage and sponsorship of the Fox Footy 360 program. The strategy led to increases in sales across the products featured in the advertising. The AFL, MCG & Etihad signage alone delivered over $15M of media value back to clients through exposure via TV, at ground, as well as in press and web coverage.
